Dr S. Matharoo (BDS)
Surby is the principal dentist.
He opened the practice with his wife Sam in January 2003. Surby studied at Liverpool University and qualified in 1996. Following that he worked as a Vocational Dental Practitior for 12 months in the Wirral.
Since qualifying he has held a number of associate posts in Redditch and Coventry and has an interest in the field of Orthodontics, he has held a Clinical Assistants post at Coventry and Warwickshire Hospital for 5 years.
Surby works full time and one evening session for those who dont want to be inconvenienced with taking time off work. Surby is very pleased with the growth of his dental practice and now would like to introduce you to his team.
Mrs Sam Matharoo (BA) Hons
Sam is the Practice Manager. She opened the practice with her husband Surby in January 2003.
Sam graduated at The University of Central England in June 1993 with an honours degree in Business in Finance. She gained a lot of valuable management experience from her previous employment as a Finance Manager at Bournville Village Trust.
Sam manages the staff and ensures that the practice runs smoothly and in accordance with it policies and procedures.
Kirpal Singh Dhaliwal (BDS) (MJDF)
Kirpal is our practice implantologist, and also works in general dentistry. Since graduating at The University of Manchester in 2005, he has achieved the member of Joint Dental Faculty (MJDF) of the Royal College of Surgeons qualification, and is working towards a MSc in Implant Dentistry at The University of Warwick.
Kirpal has a keen interest in cosmetic dentistry, and is a certified Clearstep (invisible braces) practitioner.
Outside of work Kirpal keeps himself busy playing sports, and enjoys travelling.
Lisa Turner (BDS)
Lisa joined us in November 2004 when we opened our second treatment room. She qualified as a Dental Surgeon in 1988 at the University Place of London.
Following that she worked as a Vocational Dental Practitior for 12 month in Worthing Since qualifying she has held a number of associate posts in Dental Practices and Oral Surgery and Orthodontic posts in Hospitals.
Lisa works on a part time basis; Monday all day, Wednesday and Friday morning only. Lisa is a very dedicated dental surgeon and mum to three children.
Rav Hayer
Rav joined our practice in January 2011, Rav work on reception and is there to answer any of your queries and concerns.
Ammie Baker
Ammie joined the practice in March 2011 as a Trainee Dental Nurse. Ammie also works on Reception and has 18 months experience in Nursing. In her spare time Ammie enjoys playing sports.
Siân Hirons RDN
Siân qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2009, currently Siân is working towards her Radiography qualification and also has experience of assisting in Orthodontic Procedures. Outside of work Siân enjoys socializing with her friends.
Tiffany Fletcher RDN
Tiffany qualified as a Dental Nurse in March 2011. Currently Tiffany has been assisting in Implant Procedures. Outside of work Tiffany enjoys socializing with her friends.
Sihra Mahmood
Sihra joined our practice as an apprentice in November 2009, since then she has been training to be a Dental Nurse. Outside work Sihra enjoys spending time with her family.
Aphriate Suthajitto
Appy is working as a part time Dental Nurse and is currently studying at Warwickshire College. Appy likes spending time socializing with her friends.
Poy Boardman
Poy joined our practice in February 2011. Poy is out Local Decontamination Room Assistant. In her spare time Poy enjoys Cycling with her friends and family.
